Before utilizing the matchmaidcleaning.com website (the “Service”) operated by Match Maid Cleaning Service (“us,” “we,” or “our”), please carefully review this Agreement. By booking a service with Match Maid Cleaning Service, you are consenting to adhere to our Terms of Use Agreement. Match Maid Cleaning Service serves as a marketplace platform that connects users with professional cleaning service providers who are reliable, experienced, and diligent. Should you have any inquiries regarding these terms, kindly contact us, and we will gladly provide further clarification. Your access to and use of the Service are contingent upon your acceptance and compliance with these terms. These terms are applicable to all visitors, users, and individuals who access or utilize the Service. By accessing or utilizing the Service, you are confirming your consent to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any aspect of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Services
The company bears no responsibility for any damages incurred as a result of third-party cleaning service providers, including but not limited to property damage, theft, or injuries. By employing this software or service to schedule or engage with third-party cleaning service providers, you explicitly release the company from any liability or claims arising from services rendered by these third parties.

1. **Service Description**: Match Maid Cleaning serves as a marketplace platform linking users with proficient, thoroughly insured, background-checked, dependable, trustworthy, and seasoned cleaners.

2. **Booking Service**: Clients can schedule services via phone, email, or through our online booking system.

3. **Availability**: While we strive to accommodate preferred dates and times, scheduling is subject to availability and may be adjusted from time to time to fit both cleaners and clients.

4. **Payment**: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash at our discretion and credit/debit cards. An authorization hold will be placed on your card the day before your clean. This is NOT a charge. If this hold fails you will be notified so it can be rectified before the cleaner is sent out. If a cleaning service is booked for an incorrect number of bedrooms and/or bathrooms or incorrect house information was given, the company will contact you to adjust the booking fee. It is your responsibility to make payment for services provided by or fees owed to Match Maid Cleaning. Failure to do so may result in legal actions.

5. **Price**: We reserve the right to evaluate and adjust cleaning prices each year to stay in line with inflation. You will be notified long in advance. We will never increase your charges without your approval.

6. **Cancellation/Rescheduling**: As cleaners reserve a dedicated time for your appointment, any rescheduling or cancellation requests must be submitted by 12 p.m the day prior to your scheduled service. This allows us time to try to fill that now empty slot in our schedule. Otherwise, a $50 fee will apply. This fee also applies if the cleaner cannot access your home on the appointment day. We will attempt to contact you via text, phone and/or email before we cancel that booking.

7. **Cleaner‘s Arrival**: Cleaners have a 1-hour arrival window. Due to factors such as traffic, parking, and equipment setup, exact arrival time cannot be guaranteed. You will be informed of any adjustments.

8. **Property Access**: Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed-upon time. Alternate access arrangements must be made if the client is unavailable.

9. **Service Execution**: Cleaners do not provide wet wiping of light bulbs, upholstery cleaning, removal of biohazards (e.g. insects, human or animal waste, black mold), large furniture moving, or large-scale trash disposal. Cleaners do not perform cleaning at elevated heights, and they will not bring or use ladders provided to them based on insurance restrictions. Cleaners cannot provide cleaning without running water and electricity. During your clean, if less than one (1) sink of dirty dishes (about 10 items) are present then these will be cleaned during your cleaning. Anything above this amount is considered an add-on service and charged as such. We expect cleaners to be treated with kindness and respect during any cleaning session as they return the same kindness and respect.

10. **Supplies and Equipment**: Our team brings their cleaning supplies and equipment. Specific product requests can be accommodated with prior notice; however, you may be asked to provide these items.

11. **After Cleaning**: If there are any concerns about your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of completion for resolution. In the event that you are not satisfied with the service, you have 24 hours after the cleaning ended to reach out with any issues. Outside of this 24-hour timeframe is up to the company’s discretion. The company will offer a re-clean of the areas that were missed within a five (5)-day window from the date of the re-clean request. For minor issues, we will provide a proportionate discount. If you do not respond to the re-clean and/or discount offers within three (3) days, we will consider them declined and process the charge.

12. **Client Responsibilities – Communication**: Clear communication regarding cleaning requirements, special instructions, or areas of focus is crucial for satisfactory service delivery.

13. **Client Responsibilities – Property Conditions**: Clients should inform us of any delicate or special items that require particular care during cleaning, such as tables with a broken leg or bathroom sink being loose. We recommend safely storing high-value or sentimental items before cleaning to prevent damage. While we exercise caution during cleaning, we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damages or unforeseen circumstances during service delivery.

Cleaners reserve the right to omit cleaning areas that cannot be properly cleaned due to excessive clutter or biohazard risks. All surfaces, such as wood and marble, are assumed to be properly sealed at the time of cleaning and not susceptible to common cleaning products.

14. **After Clean**: We will send you a text message after your appointment to check if you are satisfied with the results. For recurring customers, this check-in text will only be sent after the first three (3) appointments. However, you can always call, text, or email us to report any issues after that point.

16. **Feedback**: We encourage clients to provide feedback to help us improve our services. Feel free to reach out to us with any concerns or remarks about your clean.

17. **Updates**: This policy may undergo occasional updates. Clients will be informed of any changes in advance.
